Berlin Industrial Building Sells for $2.85 Million
Berlin – A 29,504 square foot industrial building located at 190 New Park Drive has recently sold for $2,850,000. Reno Properties Group represented the seller in the transaction.
Solar Atmospheres, the buyer, is one of the largest commercial heat-treating and manufacturing companies in the United States, with two locations in Pennsylvania, two in California, one in South Carolina and another in Michigan.
This acquisition marks Solar Atmospheres’ first location in Connecticut, expanding their footprint into New England and allowing them to better serve regional manufacturers with critical thermal processing services.
The building features excellent ceiling height, drive-in doors, and a flexible layout. It also offers a convenient location just off the Berlin Turnpike, providing easy access to I-91, Route 9 and I-691, as well as room for expansion, making it a strong long-term investment.
