Reno Brokers Sale of 26 Acres in Newington.

At the end of June, Reno Properties Group brokered the $2.3 million sale of a development site located at 39, 67 and 69 Culver Street and 258 Deming Street. The buyer, a Pennsylvania multi-family developer, plans on constructing a 225-unit apartment complex on the plot in the near future.

Significant Property Enhancements

Courage Counseling Center GROWS with Reno!

June marked the completion of another Reno property enhancement, this time for our tenant Courage Counseling Center at 1268 Main Street in Newington, CT. Courage Counseling Center previously occupied suite 202 and wanted to expand into suite 204, an unoccupied space to the right of their office. Our team worked diligently to renovate the space by painting the walls, laying new flooring down, reconfiguring the layout and lots more to create a beautiful office for the staff and their clients. Jeffrey Ambroise, owner of Courage Counseling Center, says the business is planning on expanding into more unoccupied space in the future.
