RoadRunners Gas Station & Convenience Store Leases Former Mobil Gas Station Site in Rocky Hill
Rocky Hill – The RoadRunners Gas Station & Convenience Store has signed a lease with Reno Properties Group to occupy the former Mobil Gas Station site located at 944 Cromwell Avenue in Rocky Hill. As part of its ongoing growth strategy, RoadRunners plans to enhance the convenience store side of the business, offering expanded services to the community.
Danny Garofalo Jr. of Reno Properties Group represented RoadRunners in the transaction, which brings Cold Spring Plaza, owned and leased by commercial real estate firm Reno Properties Group, to full occupancy. The property is also home to Denovellis, Patty Cakes Bakery, Dosa Hut, Tavern on 3 and Truck Toys, making it a thriving hub for local businesses and attraction for visitors.
