With this lease, Best Market Plaza will be 90% occupied by eight tenants including Best Market, U.S. Post Office, Damato Chiropractic Health and Wellness, Farmers Insurance, CT Kenpo Karate, Newington Liquor and Garrett’s Barber Shop.

There is currently 7,700 SF of in-line retail space available for lease. Additionally, there is a 2,750 SF approved pad site with drive-thru available for ground lease.
