EDRIVE Acuators, Inc. Leases 29,300 SF at 385 Stamm Road
Reno Properties Group, LLC is pleased to announce it has brokered a 29,300 SF lease to EDRIVE Actuators, Inc. at 385 Stamm Road, Newington, CT. The Landlord is RPG Stamm, LLC and Reno Properties Group represented the Landlord in the transaction.
Founded in 1980, EDRIVE Actuators, Inc. initially developed a wide variety of heavy duty ball screw linear actuators, targeting the machine tool retrofit market. Their guiding principles are conservative design, rugged construction, long life, and high precision. The unique steel construction and long life of their linear actuator have attracted new markets, namely factory automation, and more specifically the replacement for hydraulic and pneumatic linear actuators. Their business has continued to grow as the demands for improved control over linear motion have increased.
The space was previously home to Rogers Sash & Door for over 30 years. A comprehensive retrofit of the space is planned including the installation of new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. 8,000 SF of office/showroom space will be updated as well as the ceiling, lighting and floor. Improvements to the site are also planned such as enhancing the landscaping and parking areas. Reno Properties Group’s in-house construction and landscaping groups will perform the improvements.
