The buyer is Cheshire Professional Park, LLC. The seller was 408-426 Highland Avenue, LLC. Reno Properties Group represented the buyer in the transaction.
Cheshire Professional Park is a well-established and well maintained three building, multi-tenant professional office and medical campus situated on 2.58 acres along RT. 10 (Highland Avenue, Cheshire’s main throughfare. The campus serves as Cheshire’s space source for smaller professional, office and medical tenants. The property is located in close proximity to Cheshire’s Town Center and is accessible from I-691 and I-84.
