Nicholas’s expertise lies in third party sales, lease negotiations, investments, operations, management and repositioning across a variety of asset types. His focus is in owner and tenant relations in the Central and Shoreline region of Connecticut. He also has real estate experience from client relations based in New York and Tennessee
