Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on building systems to ensure optimal performance
- Repair or replace damaged equipment, fixtures, and components
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
- Conduct routine cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and sanitary environment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and system issues
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively
Qualifications & Skills
- Broad knowledge of carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and welding
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with hand tools and electrical equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment
- Stamina to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to work in extreme hot or cold conditions
