Norwich Multi-Family Portfolio Sells; Reno Properties Group Represents Buyer and Seller
NORWICH, Conn. – A 10-unit multifamily portfolio in Norwich sold on May 27, with Reno Properties Group, a Newington-based commercial brokerage, property management, and investment firm, representing both the buyer and seller in the transaction.
The portfolio consists of five duplexes located on Sylvester Street, Prospect Street, Russell Road, and Asylum Street. The properties are well-maintained and situated near one another, creating an efficient management opportunity that served as a key selling point for prospective buyers.
While Reno Properties Group primarily focuses on retail, industrial, and office properties, the firm has continued to expand its presence in the multifamily sector. In July of 2024, Reno Properties Group facilitated the sale of Park Gardens Apartments on Ellis Street in New Britain after managing and leasing the property for three years. The community includes 24 two-bedroom flats, 32 two-bedroom townhouses, and 28 three-bedroom townhouses.
As demand for multifamily properties remains strong across Connecticut, Reno Properties Group plans to continue pursuing opportunities within the sector while leveraging its expertise across a variety of commercial asset classes.
