Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry and construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your expertise will contribute to various phases of construction, renovation, and restoration projects, utilizing your extensive knowledge of carpentry, blueprint reading, and construction techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks on commercial properties, including framing, drywall installation, and trim work.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to accurately complete projects.
• Framing, both commercial steel stud and conventional lumber.
• Install doors, windows, cabinetry, flooring, and other structures according to project requirements.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance on existing structures, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Inspect work for quality and adherence to specifications; make necessary adjustments as needed.
• Interact professionally with clients and tenants.

• Carpentry experience: 5 years
• Proven experience as a carpenter in commercial settings, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in the use of carpentry tools and equipment; ability to perform complex measurements and calculations.
• Solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or vocational training preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy materials, work in various weather conditions, and stand for extended periods.
• Strong focus on quality and precision in all aspects of carpentry work.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
