    Dan Garofolo is the Managing Broker & Principal at Reno Properties Group. He has over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate out of Hartford, New Haven and New London Counties. Throughout these years, he has sold millions of square footage worth of office, retail, industrial and multifamily spaces, titling him as a Crexi Power Broker.

    Dan got his start working in Investment Sales & Property Management at J&S Development and Management, sparking his success in positions to follow such as Director of Acquisitions at Grove Investment Group, Senior Vice President at Mjb Real Estate Services Corporation and finally, Principal at Reno Properties Group.

    For over 18 years, Dan has specialized in acquisitions and raising Capital for Reno Properties, debt and equity, and construction division. His wide variety of experience from Property Management to Real Estate Investment Consulting has allowed him to make a name for himself in the field of Connecticut Brokerage being awarded the title of 2007 Co Star Power Broker and 2022 CREXI Power Broker.

    A Commercial Sales and Leasing Broker at Reno Properties Group, Tim Stewart brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to residential and commercial property management and real estate sales.

    His deep understanding of the local market is rooted in his lifelong residency in New Britain, CT, where he also served as Mayor, first elected in 2003 and subsequently re-elected three times.

    During his tenure as Mayor, Tim focused on job creation, divesting the city of surplus properties, and streamlining government services. His accomplishments include converting the city’s waste removal systems, upgrading the water filtration system, renovating the Broad Street corridor, relocating the police station to a state-of-the-art facility on Main Street in downtown, and instituting the Medical First Responder system within the New Britain Fire Department.

    Before earning his real estate license in 2019, Tim’s civic contributions were vast and varied. He led the Greater New Britain Chamber of Commerce as President, served as City Plan Commissioner, and played a pivotal role as Vice Chair on the New Britain Board of Education. His 26-year tenure as a firefighter and Fire Inspector with the New Britain Fire Department adds another layer of dedication and service to his impressive career.

    John is a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University with a degree in Political Science and actively contributes to the community by participating in various committees for the town of Wethersfield.
