Nicholas is a dedicated and service oriented Commercial Real Estate professional with expertise and experience in the hospitality industry.

He started his career working for Craveable Hospitality Group where he learned firsthand the value of providing excellent customer service, the importance of revenue growth and paying attention to the details of corporate operations behind successful restaurant management. These skills have propelled Nicholas in his career as a member of the Sales and Leasing team at Reno Properties Group.

Nicholas’s expertise lies in third party sales, lease negotiations, investments, operations, management and repositioning across a variety of asset types. His focus is in owner and tenant relations in the Central and Shoreline region of Connecticut. He also has real estate experience from client relations based in New York and Tennessee

She is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island, where she earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Public Relations, with a concentration in social media.

Since joining the team in 2022, Maddy has led and supported a wide range of marketing initiatives with a primary focus on driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth. She plays a central role in developing and executing marketing strategies across digital and print channels, ensuring cohesive messaging and a consistent brand presence. Her work spans social media marketing, paid advertising campaigns, content creation, press and media outreach, and the development of marketing materials that support sales and leasing efforts.

With a deep understanding of audience behavior and brand storytelling, Maddy blends creativity with data-driven insights to deliver marketing solutions that are both strategic and results-focused. Her ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining a high standard of quality makes her a key contributor to the overall marketing vision.

A Commercial Sales and Leasing Broker at Reno Properties Group, Tim Stewart brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to residential and commercial property management and real estate sales.

His deep understanding of the local market is rooted in his lifelong residency in New Britain, CT, where he also served as Mayor, first elected in 2003 and subsequently re-elected three times.

During his tenure as Mayor, Tim focused on job creation, divesting the city of surplus properties, and streamlining government services. His accomplishments include converting the city’s waste removal systems, upgrading the water filtration system, renovating the Broad Street corridor, relocating the police station to a state-of-the-art facility on Main Street in downtown, and instituting the Medical First Responder system within the New Britain Fire Department.

Before earning his real estate license in 2019, Tim’s civic contributions were vast and varied. He led the Greater New Britain Chamber of Commerce as President, served as City Plan Commissioner, and played a pivotal role as Vice Chair on the New Britain Board of Education. His 26-year tenure as a firefighter and Fire Inspector with the New Britain Fire Department adds another layer of dedication and service to his impressive career.

Jarrod Kuttler, the Facilities Coordinator at Reno Properties Group, collaborates closely with Braden in overseeing the company’s property management functions.

With over 15 years of dedicated service at Reno, Jarrod manages 26 direct reports and all aspects of property management.

His background in construction management in the private sector significantly contributes to the successful execution of his duties, including coordinating custom buildouts, commercial space design, and planning and building for clientele. Jarrod ensures client satisfaction by overseeing the 24/7 on-call service provided by Reno, personally administering the coordination and scheduling of in-house staff and hired subcontractors on an as-needed basis.

Working in tandem with John Mullin and Jarrod Kuttler, Braden Occhialini fulfills the role of Property Manager at Reno Properties Group.

With direct responsibility for all facets of individual property management, Braden oversees lease renewals, floor plan design, specific maintenance requests, and the management of Reno’s landscaping, snow and ice removal team. Braden is a graduate of Salve Regina University and brings a wealth of knowledge and lifetime of experience working at his family-owned business to his role.

John is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of extensive experience, currently serving as the Director of Property Management at Reno Properties Group.

Commencing his career in 1986 with Imagineers, Inc., a prominent residential property management firm, John excelled as a property manager overseeing condominiums in greater Hartford. Over the years, his expertise has extended across various property types, including retail, commercial, and industrial, now managing a substantial portfolio of 1.2 million square feet throughout Connecticut.

John is a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University with a degree in Political Science and actively contributes to the community by participating in various committees for the town of Wethersfield.

Hannah is our Graphic Design and Digital Marketing Specialist, bringing a strong passion for creativity, branding, and strategic communication. A graduate of Central Connecticut State University, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a focus on social media and digital marketing, where she developed a deep understanding of how thoughtful design and strategy work together to build impactful brands. She joined the Reno team in 2024 as a marketing intern and transitioned into a full-time role, contributing a fresh perspective to every project. Hannah blends strategic marketing insight with a refined eye for design, helping to elevate campaigns through compelling visuals and cohesive branding. From managing digital campaigns to creating engaging content and visual assets, Hannah is committed to keeping Reno’s brand innovative, consistent, and ahead of the curve.

Brianna returns to Reno with more than a decade of experience spanning business management, marketing, and graphic design. With a strong focus on management and operational strategy, she brings a balanced perspective that combines creative thinking with effective business leadership. Her work centers on strengthening organizational processes, supporting team collaboration, and aligning marketing and operational initiatives to drive long-term growth.

She began her career at Reno as a Marketing Coordinator, where she developed a foundation in marketing strategy and communications while gaining insight into the company’s operations and culture. Over the years, she pursued opportunities throughout New England, working across multiple industries while expanding her skills. These roles allowed her to build a well-rounded understanding of how businesses evolve, adapt, and scale in an increasingly dynamic and digital marketplace.

Brianna is now stepping into a leadership role with a focus on guiding business operations and supporting strategic initiatives across the organization. She is committed to helping all Reno entities continue to grow while ensuring the success of its employees and clients.
